Getting an autism diagnosis at 38 was the key to business success for Angela. As an undiagnosed employee, she spent far too many hours with the HR department working through performance plans (often unsuccessfully). Once diagnosed she was able to unlock the key to navigating the neuro-divide. As an Autistic CEO of publishing company making $40 Million, she learned how to apply these lessons as a leader, as well. Now, she helps others embrace the magic of neurodiversity. Angela believes our world gets better for everyone when we accept that we are a neurodiverse species.
